She's gorgeous- and such an unusual colour! Hope you have as much fun with her as we have had with our beddie x whippet Finn we have loved every minute of owning him. x
Cheers, very kind of you!!! Yes will def be going to Tiverton!!! To be honest any more than an hour travelling with Finn in the car/van is a nightmare as he spends the whole time whimpering and dribbling everywhere- is not pleasant for anyone!!! Think he probably gets a bit car sick :x !!! So...
Naming ferrets is sooo tricky!!! We have Oscar, Bracken and Bluebell. Our best ferret name ever though was Yoghurt Head- named because when a baby he used to walk around with a pot of yoghurt stuck on his head (I hasten to add he was not named by us but by the children of our friend who bred...
Hi Helen, the Stithians show does sound really good- unfortunately it is too far for me to travel as have got another show to go to on monday back in this direction (i live in East Devon) :( .

Hello, does anyone know any details about Tiverton Hunt Terrier and Lurcher show? I know it is on bank holiday monday but not sure what time it starts or where exactly it is, or what classes are on! Also does anyone know if there is any racing at this show, and if so is it before or after...
Well done  !!! You were soo chuffed- understandably!!! Lots of lovely lurchers at the show- and the weather was a little chilly but at least it stayed dry. My little scruffy grey dog one two classes (just a shame he was the only dog in one, and only had competition from one other...
Cheers Jo. Not like we're seriously into the racing anyway, just fancied giving Finn a stretch of his legs- he gets so excited about it! Will you be there with Willow or are you going to Taunton?
Hi, just wondered if there is going to be any lurcher racing at the south west terrier and lurcher show on the 9th May? If so is it going to be before or after the showing?
Cheers
Hello. I'm a fellow first time lurcher owner, and i opted for a bedlington x whippet who i wanted for ferreting and a bit of rough shooting. He's now a year old and is develping into a great little worker- ideal for what we want. He has been easy to train and is also a great house dog and family...
Had a fab day on the saturday-lovely weather and lots of nice dogs about. Well done to the lurcher champion- was a stunning looking dog. My beddie/whippet Finn got a first in rough dog under 23'', a first in best rabbiting dog, and a second in best bedlington x. Pretty chuffed!!!
Yeah he has! Still looks grey most of the time just looks brown in some lights! Had a successful time at the game fair, Finn won two classes (rough dog under 23'' and best rabbiting dog) and got a second in best bedlington x, so pretty chuffed!
Hi, saw tish at gamefair today. Turns out our two are related. My boys dad is Tilly's grand-dad!!!! That'll be where she gets the dash of brown from as that bedlington is a liver one. See you on facebook. x
This is Finn when he was little...
Playing with ferret....
And having a big stretch....
You're right about the brown tinge, in the right light his tail is ginger! Have lots of fun with little Tilly. Hopefully see you around at lurcher shows etc, i know Tish and Jo through shows so may...
She is sooo gorgeous! Hope you have as much fun with her as i have with my beddie/whippet pup. He's now a year old, looked very like her at that age and now looks like this...
