Herts - Whippet Missing

I realy feel for you :huggles: , I dont know how I would cope if one of my boy's went missing :( . I hope she is home very soon and has been well looked after.

Im in Scotland so putting poster's up here would do no good, but all the best in finding Luci :luck: :luck: :luck: :luck: :huggles:

Thanks Susan, fingers crossed it won't be long now...x x :huggles:

Ive got so involved with this Sam ... someone must have seen Luci surely - she has such distinctive markings  I would be devastated if it was Oscar and CANT imagine how you must feel. :(

I hope no-one is breeding from her too, :( she is just a baby - but someone if they have got her must know she looks well bred and pretty valuable  and someones treasured pet - so lets hope she finds her way back to her mum soon. :luck:

Glad you got the posters Teena - anything to help.

Hi Janis, thankyou so much for taking such an interest  Yes who ever has Luci must be able to see that she is a treasured pet, I just wish that they would have a change of heart & give her back. Maybe they will stumble upon this website & see how much I miss her. Luci's details are on all the main lost dog sites.

Someone must have seen Luci at some point in the last 10 weeks! I guess I'll just have to keep putting up more posters & hope that they jog someones memory. :luck: :luck:

:sweating: :sweating: I thought there was news when I saw the thread, still wishing her back home :luck: :luck:

Sorry to get your hopes up Lesley :huggles: I hope one day I'll have news :luck:

I don't mind Sam as long as the thread keeps bumping up thats a good thing, I just so much want her to be back with her family, wish there was more I could do, I am so far away :(

Don't worry Lesley, but please keep an eye out still - you never know. And thankyou

if somebody have got luci,i don't know how they can live with themselves  they must know that luci belongs to someone, and putting her owners in alot of pain, stress and heartbreak.how can they be so cruel

Only just read this thread Luci :(

My heart goes out to you.

I hope you get your beloved Luci back soon, I cant imagine what you must be going through.

Sending you good luck in your search :luck: :luck: :luck: :luck: :luck: :luck:

I agree, how can they do this? But it happens so much, two thousand dogs are stolen each year in the South East alone. :'( Last week a staffie was literally snatched from the arms of an old lady! Fortunatly the owner was able to get loads of press coverage (tv,radio, papers etc.) and the dog was dumped a week later & was reunited with its owner. There are some awful people out there.

Please if you have my Luci and are reading this I beg you to return her, she is my everything. You don't don't understand what this is doing to me. Please let her come home where she belongs.

Wishing you all the luck in the world in you search . I hope and prey for a safe return of you'r lovely Lusy

I've only just found this thread too.

You must be going through hell! :(

I know Cleveland is a long way from where you live but theres often travellers in the area, so i'll try putting posters in service stations here too.

Fingers crossed for Luci's safe return :luck:

Thinking of you both, Emma

Hi Emma & Lizzy, thankyou very much for your help & support. Everyone has been fantastic, I've been truly touched. Really appreciate it  :)) Sam x x

My heart gave a leap, thought it was good news. Have you tried going to local fetes and events. Just possible if a family have got her they might take her to something like that. Really hoping you find her. :luck:

Hi Juley, yes I will try to go to as many local events as possible. There are a couple of fetes & sponsored dog walks coming up soon. Somebody must know something about Luci. :luck:

Unfortunatly my damn printer has broken, not run out of ink but just refuses to print. I'll get hubby to look at it tonight.

Take care... :huggles:

poor you :(

Praying with you for lucy's return and have put out some poster's as lot's of coursing and traveller's around my area.

I am sure you do this but have you searched paper's on line such as the Ad Trader it's dog section is updated daily and i have often seen Whippets moving around cheaply and with no paper work, have rung a couple of them before and they don't sound right

Had my hopes up for you as last week a blue and white whippet for £150 no papers was in but rang and it was a dog!!!

There are quite a few paper sites so maybe if everyone kept an eye out, just do a search "dogs for sale uk" and alot come up.

Sorry if i am preaching what everybody is already doing but it is heartbreaking. :(

One last thing Luci's mum you really do some beautiful pictures!!! I am alway's admiring them, trully stunning!!! :))

Good luck, safe return home Luci

Vicki

Thankyou so much Vicki! :huggles: I really appreciate your help. Yes I trawl through all the dogs for sale adds aswell, I started doing that as soon as I lost Luci. But so far nothing. It gets me so down, doesn't seem like I'm getting anywhere :( It's really driving me crazy. But it does keep my spirits up knowing that people like yourself are helping me, it's really lovely. Thankyou everyone :flowers:

Take care,

Sam x x

p.s Glad you like the photos! :D

We have a local magazine here called Animals Animals - and its free to put an ad in, so as I know the lady who writes it (she has an animal sanctuary) Im going to ask her to put your poster in the magazine - its sold in a petrol station, a newsagents and a few other local shops round here.

Its already up in daughters Riding School and in our window, too.

That's excellent Janis! I can't thankyou enough, you're an absolute gem! :huggles: I'm so grateful for everything you are doing for Luci  :)
