It was a bit chilly on our walk around Llyn Craftnant yesterday so Harri got to wear his Christmas jumper for the first time. I'm not sure he approved of it as he refused to look at the camera! I don't think the awww how cute, he looks like a teddy bear comments from other walkers went down too well either. He's a big fierce terrier he'd have you know

It was a great walk though - the weather was perfect and the scenery magnificent

wow it looks absolutely beautiful!! Harri doesn't look too impressed! :D

Mum was really horrible to me today. I'd had a lovely morning playing with my pug puppy friend, a trip to the petshop for a new squeaky ball as I've destroyed the one I had for Christmas and a long black snake thing which looked very interesting.

It's horrible! It's a long line which meant I couldn't run off this afternoon when I saw an interesting looking dog in the distance. I did persuade her to take it off for my picture but she put it straight back on again! She says I have to use it until I start to do as I'm told when she calls me back :(

Humans can be so mean!! :D

I've just got home. Can't believe they sent me on something they called a "sleepover". How could they?

Luckily I love the humans I was abandoned with and they loved me too. They even took me for a lovely walk without that horrid long line. Wish I could stay there! :p

Well there are some advantages to being home. I can nap in front of the fire!

I was incredibly naughty today. They trusted me off the long line but there was this totally irresistible smell that I just had to follow and I really didn't hear them calling me :( Dad was not pleased that he had to chase after me. I was back on my lead for a bit but then I was given one last chance and I think I blew it. That nice jogger was just so friendly it would have been so rude not to keep him company for a bit wouldn't it? Dad had to chase after me again....

Mum says it's the long line for me now until I grow up a bit :(

Oh Harri those are things you just can’t resist!

Looks like I did blow it :( I was on the long line for my whole walk this morning. I did try to show Mum I was sorry by having a nap on her lap this afternoon which I haven't done for a long time now I'm growing up. I don't think I'm off the leash yet though!

Things got better this evening when I got my food delivery. You can tell I didn't get any lunch by my eagerness to get inside! Mum put it all in the freezer though.....

I was really naughty last night - I did a wee in Mum's favourite chair. I could tell they weren't pleased with me as I was put outside straight away and then sent to bed :(

I have been really really good today though. Mum had to go somewhere called "The Bank" which was in "The City". I got a ride on the bus and lots of fuss from some new friends. As I'd been so good I also got a new toy :)

It was a bit boring but I did some nice loose lead walking and when we got home I got to go on a proper walk which was fun. I guess that long line thing isn't so bad once you get used to it and Mum did drop the end when we got to the field so I could have a proper run. It was great. I wasn't too keen on the white stones that the sky threw at me though! I don't think Mum was either as we did rather rush the last bit!

Lovely sunny day today - no white stones! I met a lovely man who also has a Welsh Terrier. :) Mum tells me were only the 98th most popular breed which made me a bit sad as I'd love some Welshie friends to play with. Those Jack Russells I followed this morning didn't want to play at all :(

Mum spent this afternoon making me some chicken treats so I made sure I snuggled up to her so I would get some to taste test. I didn't get ANY. One piece of chicken was saved for that darn cat (he may live here too but he is SO unfriendly) and the nice little chicken bits all went in the freezer. I was sooooo disappointed.

I did have a lovely nap though :) Mum went out for a bit and left me all alone in the kitchen so what can a pup do but take a nap. I slept so well she says she was home for half an hour before I noticed and that it's a good job I'm not a watch dog... (of course I heard her but as I knew it was her I didn't feel it necessary to get up ;) )

Those pesky cats! Dennis feels the same way...

Thanks for your updates :)

Mum says it's my half birthday today - I'm 6 months old :)

Here's me playing with my new ball. Sprats fall out of it when I push it around. It's ace

I was a bit hurt yesterday when Mum said I was a hopeless watchdog and I got the chance to prove her wrong this morning! I was sitting next to her hoping I'd be allowed to help her eat her toast ( I wasn't) when I saw someone in the garden.... So I woofed. I never woof. I'm not sure who was more surprised Mum or me! Turned out it was a friend of Mum's but I think she was quite pleased with me really :p

Something is up... Mum is rushing round and is too busy to play with me :( She even got a bit cross with me when I tried to chew a piece of paper she was reading)

I was even short changed on my walk. It was much shorter than usual and just around the village on my lead. No chance to run and play :( . I hope things are back to normal tomorrow. I don't like this.

I was right. something was up. I've been on holiday! I was very worried when I saw all my things being put in the car, including my crate and all my toys.

Luckily they only took me to the nice place I had the sleepover at so I knew I was going to be OK. it did seem a long time but my temporary Mum and Dad were lovely and I had a lot of fun with them. I was so glad to see Mum again this morning especially as she's been spoiling me rotten all day - I think she missed me too :)

Next time I hope I can go with Mum on her holiday though.

Glad you had a great time Harri!

Dennis had a sleepover at ours this weekend whilst we were away. His cousin Freddie and his auntie Terese came to stay :)
