    Living With A Cat!

I have tried flicking water from the tap at my 2 lurchers when they are chasing the cats (near a tap) and it seems to work! I reinforced it with saying LEAVE at the same time so hopefully they will associate 'leave' with getting splashed. I don't know why it should stop them as Zef especially...

    Whippet/bedlington Wanted

    Scrumpys Been Spayed

I hope Scrumpy's feeling better & hasn't nibbled any more stitches. She looks like a sandy coloured version of my Lupin who will be spayed in January. If she's still nibbling try putting a childs T shirt on her as that will keep it clean and hopefully her mind off the stitches.

    Living With A Cat!

Hi Sophie, I have the same problem altho my 2 Lurchers are 16 & 6 months old and they chase my 4 cats at every available opportunity. Someone suggested squirting them in the face with a water pistol every time they go after them but not sure that would work especially as they move a good deal...

Lurchers Dont Settle In Town Homes. ?

I expect the chap thinks people in towns don't or can't take their lurchers somewhere where they can run free. I live in a town but it's a small one with downland & woods close by where they can really stretch their legs without any traffic worries. Have a look at www.lurcher.org on Homes...
