i added tins of oily fish into my Ginni's food when i first got her as she was half bald, scarred easily and had no condition to her skin, i also got a rubber grooming mitt and gave her a good rub down daily to encorage the natural oils to come through in her skin/coat and on the particularly dry areas massaged in pure wheatgerm oil ( it contains vitamin E and helps the skin repair )
i'm sure she will come right with a bit of decent food and TLC :huggles:
i couldnt see the pics either but the story made me cry , im such a silly softy , i blame whippets they have those eyes that make you melt , its all their fault .
Have'nt been on K9 for a while as have been visiting reletives in Spain. so sorry for not giving an update.Bit of a storey here.
Well we had her for a week but her owner came around for her so my OH said she had to go back as he was her rightful owner. I was so upset. Then 2 weeks went by and I got a call it was her owner asking if I would still have her if I could.I said yes but I wanted it in writing that he had given her up to me.20 mins later she was here again dragging her ex owner up our path.I opened the door and she jumped all over me and my 3 year old daughter. It turns out his son still hadnt come home for her and he was letting her out the front door to do her poo's on the street. His neighbours had rightly got mad and he had woke up to his car smothered in it. :x That night she lay on my sofa on her back legs in the air and all of a sudden I noticed 3 large white things crawling out her behind. (w00t) :x I had wormed her the last time she was with us so back to the vets we went, more drontal plus. She is out having a good run with Snoop and Gucci at the moment.Heres a pic of her after a run licking her paws after running through nettles. She is so sweet, clean around the house, polite.  Her fav spot is on the sofa next to me and at bedtime in with my daughter snuggled up cozy under the duvet. Will put somemore pics on later and thankyou for all your good thoughts
