my mum used to buy us a 'ladybird book' every friday

my brother always chose a bird related one.....garden birds, sea birds etc

he's all grown up now... 45! and has hand reared/bred many parrots....had a video camera set up in his garage watching their habits etc....passionate about his hobby :wub:

just shows -a young boy and his interest fed :unsure: .....worth it eh? yet taking eggs is rightly/wrongly frowned upon today.
