Poor little thing! You must be worried sick. Which dry food are you feeding? Sardines, Pilchards in tomato sauce & fresh meat (rabbit/chicken/lamb) cooked with pasta/rice or raw would be good to feed her one meal a day instead of just dry. She should be on 3-4 meals a day until she's about 6...

Can't help thinking that they would be fine with other lurchers, probably doing lurchery play biting etc with other dogs so rescue think they are aggressive. I'm always having to explain lurcher play tactics to non lurcher owners!

Worth having a look on www.lurcher.org, www.dogpages.org.uk + Greyhound Gap too as all sometimes have lurcher pups for rescue.

I'm quite happy for my 2 lurchers to catch rabbits but they only seem interested in chasing cats & cows :( (I don't dare go near sheep offlead). They were 6 feet away from a baby rabbit the other day and didn't notice it - silly twits! I know lurchers are designed to catch for the pot but...

I find Stronghold is brilliant at getting rid of fleas but you have to be careful as it can affect Collies badly apparently. I don't find the sprays work at all.

Lupin & Zephyr have been eating a lot of greenery lately but Lupe ate some rat poison my boss left under a bookcase & forgot about( :rant: ) recently so thought she probably needed the natural vit K (had jab from vet + 2 weeks of huge vitK pills) poor little thing. However she seems fine now. :)
