Have you put them on www.doglost.co.uk or lurchersearch?
If they've been pinched by the travelling fraternity they could be anywhere in the country or still on a local site......worth checking them out with backup.
Hope you get them back. :luck:
Just wondering how Doz is getting on and if you've had any serious interest in her?
Hope 2007 finds her a Happy New Home (unless you are keeping her in which case she's got one!
Poor Doz I hope the oldies can help or you could try putting her on www.lurcher.org in Other Homeless Hounds as several peeps on there have said they would like to adopt older hounds.
I think my 2 loonies might be a bit much for her as only 18 months & 2 yrs old and rather bouncy!
I gather...
Poor little girl  it must have taken ages for her to get in that state.
What evil people there are in the world  I hope they get their just desserts.
Thank heavens there are also angels who have saved this girlie as she wouldn't have lasted more than a few hours/days more...
Apart from the lurcher pups at Many Tears (thanks Scotty :) ) you will find Lurchers of various ages looking for homes on www.lurcher.org these are in foster and therefore can be assessed for child friendliness, same goes for Greyhound Gap (which also rescue lurchers) and www.dogpages.org.uk...
If no-one adopts their current doglets then the ones 'waiting in the wings' will end up being pts cos there won't be any room. If everyone kept their dogs for life.....and puppy farms/irresponsible breeding was abolished then the overworked rescues could have a rest.
Turns out that Jake is actually in Basingstoke atm but may move into foster somewhere as has to be moved this weekend.
See link above for further details....
He's a Lovely scruffly chap who loves the ladies  and would appreciate being taken everywhere by master/mistress!

Lily  is looking much better thankfully & poor Aesop too altho his eyes are a problem.
As auction doesn't seem to be a go-er could everyone who works for a company ask them if they would add LAW to their list of charities they donate to so we can raise ongoing money for them?
I've been...
Father is 'unknown' and the litter varied considerably but think Mum is greyhound.
You may be able to find Angel Tarka's Mum on Four Paws site or Jenny/Mimsmum who is fostering Tarka might have photo of Angel or more details.
She is turning into a bright & assertive pup
Tarka is looking for a new home, she is 8 weeks old and very scrummy
She's currently being fostered in Essex for Four Paws Rescue see link below...

Facing them won't necessarily stop them running into you as someone on LL's dog ran into friends knee head on and broke it! (Dog was ok 8) )
Mine like to run into back of my knees when there is an audience to laugh at me (& pick me up).
