With the sloe gin I use a litre of gin, 500gm of sloes and 250gm of golden castor sugar, chuck it all in a large kilner jar and leave for at least a couple of months,(more if you can resist temptation!) I stir it lovinglyBlack berry Gin ? tell me more please![]()
