Admittedly the disease in Cavies is more widespread and faster progressing, but I don't think you can rule out acquired disease at any age.

Saw this and wondered what Guinea Pigs had to do with whippets - strange how your brain interprets things.

PMSL.....having managed a pet shop for years,I too immediately thought of guinea pigs when I saw this! So obviously I have a "strange brain" too. :unsure: :teehee: (w00t)

Assuming Jo meant Cav's...or maybe she did mean Cavies & they have a very similar "set up" to whippets!!! (w00t) (w00t) (w00t)
