So dogs arent safer on leads like you said before?

My point is..

No matter what the law states.....its upto the owners to enforce it.

Its like the hunting ban....its upto the hunters to enforce it....

Doesnt matter if or how the law was changed...if nobody adhered to it.... its pointless....

The answer isnt keeping a dog on a lead, muzzling or microchipping....

The answer is.....

Castrate anybody whos dog attacks and ban then from owning dogs for life. If they are foreign....deport them.

i agree on most of your points just not all. totally agree on bigger bans for owners who dont care or just dont have a clue on dogs. we can help ourselves with the public by not being a pain in the arse with our dogs in public places, u know wot i mean by public places lol.
