I hope that all you that are looking at these wonderful photos see what a great track surface this is to run on. A true credit to the hard working managment team who I would like to say thanks to on behalf of all who attended this meeting I am sure. Maybe at the next one a two way radio between traps and tower would help a great deal-food for thought! Also the yards marked out on the track side. And last but not least a little more thought into the need for running equal runs especially in veteran classes before racing starts- no one wants 7 year old dogs having to run extra when it turns out there is no need for it.
P.S also the rules on just where the red trap should be as on level breaks it is on the inside with an outside hare and on a handicap start its the outside trap maybe this should be made clear before racing commences in the future to avoid mistakes in seeding.
These are only my obsevations seeing it from the otherside of things for a change and maybe if others had any thoughts on how things could be improved they should share them also in a positive way so we can all pull together to make it a better sport for all.
WOW THESE PHOTOS ARE REALLY BRILL! I MUST GET MYSELF A DIGITAL CAMERA NOW. THAT WILL BE SOMETHING ELSE I WONT BE ABLE TO USE PROPERLY LIKE MY P.C, MOBILE PHONE, CAMCORDER AND OVEN LOL
You were right about the yearlings pic. Silver Lady was in blue...I knew she came from behind to win...but not that far! She's Tom's dog who has returned to racing after a 20 year gap...she's gonna be good too...
