I've just got back and i'm affraid it's not Tilly. I've seen the bitch quite close even though she's incredibly timid. she's got alot of white on her neck and chest and is darker than Tilly. she's also a little taller.The Bitch needs catching as soon as possible i'm going to phone the dog warden on monday.

I'm off back out to check where i last saw Tilly again just in case thanks again for all your help.

about the other one -- maybe she's better off feral unless you can find a home for her or a no-kill shelter. Would you foster her?

If the dog warden gets her, she goes to a pound. Our local pound now keeps dogs for only 5 days before killing them!! (not even time for an owner to find the dog, if owner doesn't live in same vicinity or is not well-organised)

I've room here for her and i've told the dog warden that however it's policy to take them to the dog pound. They won't take them to members of the public. I've told the security guard to phone ME if he catches her and i'll find her owner through doglost if she's been reported missing. BOTH MY DOG RUNS ARE EMPTY NOW AS MY DOGS ARE NOW IN THE HOUSE WITH ME AT ALL TIMES.

Oh Mally I really hoped it was Tilly. Don't know what to say. In the midst of all this you are thinking about this other dog as well. What a kind heart you have! Good luck on all fronts. :luck: :huggles:
