Tigerlily, a brindle and white whippet bitch and her five four week old pups stolen on Wednesday 12th Jan between 7.00 - 8.00 pm from their basket at home.

The Mum is a very well known dog and very popular amongst the people in the area and the lady that owns her is beside herself with worry. If you have been offered a very young pup or know of anyone who has suddenly become the owner of such a dog please either contact 07738831980 or the Taunton police - the crime number is 4842/11

Everything crossed this girl and her pups are safely home soon :(

I cannot imagine how the owner is feeling, not only her bitch but young puppies reliant on their mother. How cruel can you get. I hope whoever is responsible is caught and punished but most of all, I hope this little family are found intact safe and well and returned home. Please keep us informed of developments.

This is just awful - I feel so sorry for the owner and the little dogs. Keeping everything crossed that they are all found soon. And yes, let's hope that the culprits are caught and brought to justice.

I'm near TA3 so will keep my ears and eyes open.

No update and owner hasn't provided any pictures for the Doglost site :(

This is so horrible and such a worrying time for the owner. Let's hope they're found safe and returned home soon - and the culprits caught. :(
