There are definitely some genuine homeless folk, its really sad. I always think that is someones son/ brother/ dad etc, we should treat them like human beings.

A man I used to work with years ago said something, which was very true and which I have never forgotten - anyone could end up homeless through no fault of their own.

He said, you're only ever as well off as the last pay packet you received ie no one knows what next week/next month/next year might bring. Any one of us (god forbid) could end up in dire straits.
