if I read this right the puppy is 1 month old. a puppy should not leave it's mother until it is 8 weeks old as it learns behaviour from mum. if you have it this young take it to the vets to get it checked out and see about vaccinations asap especially if the seller didn't give you any information.

I myself have a staffy cross springer spaniel and she is a wonderful dog.

Generally Staffordshire Bull terriers are not aggressive or dangerous dogs. they are great family dogs and are known for getting on well with children and other animals, but like with all dogs it depends on how they are raised. if they are socialised correctly they should be lovely dogs. the bad stories you hear are because of the owner not raising them well rather then the dogs breed. this is the same for all breeds of dogs. they grow to be small/medium dogs but the males are very strong so teach them early on not to pull on a lead.

there is lots of information about staffies online. be careful when looking online though as what the English call a staffy is a different breed to what American's call a staffy. make sure they are talking about the Staffordshire Bull Terrier or that it's a uk website.

as for food I use dry puppy food (sometimes call junior) you can get this in most supermarkets or online cheaper. the brand will tell you how much to feed and this is split between the meals. for young puppies add a little water to soften the food and feed 4/5 times a day. as they get older reduce the number of meals and take away softening it eg. by 6 months only 3 meals

as for house training use newspaper or puppy pads. if they start to go toilet elsewhere pick them up and place them on the pad/paper and praise them every time. they will then learn this is the toilet place. don't move the area once they get used to it. start using a command when they go so when they are vaccinated and can go outside you can use the command. a soapy rag will clean up pee nicely. as they get older they can hold it for longer, just remember to take them out after meals and when they get up.

thank you so much for your information i spoke today with the vet and i put a program for tomorrow :)

Such a sweetie. Bless it's little heart. Sounds to me like you should report these people. They've put these puppies lives in danger.
