South West Lurcher Events.

We will be making some slight changes to this years events,

Lurcher Simulated coursing will be as normal, Other than some will be through gates and some judged (depending on the availability of a judge)

Lurcher Hurdles, Under 23" and 23" and over as normal.

NEW EVENT. WORKING LURCHER SPRINTS, Under 23" and 23"and over, This event will be racing but only for dogs who have competed in either simo or Hurdles or both. Hopefully this will level things up a bit for the all-rounders.

(If a dog is scratched from one of the qualifying events then it will automatically be scratched from the sprints)

OPEN straight racing Under 23", 23"and over. ( for the speed machines! )

We hope this will cater for everyone.

Also points will be earned to forth place in all Lurcher events throughout the season, the dog with the highest points by the end will be crowned, 2012 FIELD EVENTS CHAMPION

( in the event of a draw on points a runoff over the Hurdles will decide the winner )

Any comments will be appreciated, Good, Bad or indifferent.
