Slip Mating

hi everyone im new on here , and wanted to know your veiws on slip mating , took my bitch to stud tuesday and what happened is the dog mounted her did what they do when mating then stayed on top of her for a few mins then he turned around after turning he only stayed tied for a couple of mins , do you think she will catch even though the tie only lasted a couple of mins, my bitch was on day 12 of her season

If there was a tie..it wasnt a slip mating.

so do you think she will have pups even though he didnt tie for long it was only a few mins , when ive bred before the tie has been about 20 mins

It is quite possible, I know of few ladies who have been in whelp with slip matings, or a very short 'tie'
