Seen It All Now

You are an absolute angel Jane. I could help with transport on Saturday but unfortunately am no around on Sunday. If you need any whelping advice at all, then feel free to ring Jo or myself at any time and we will do our best to help you. Must admit I am the assistant and Jo chief midwife!
could meet becka in rochdale saturday if that helps any jane
saturday is good for me Trish

Bother, David is working on Sunday or we could have done the Birmingham to Bristol bit (I don't drive so I'm reliant on my chauffeur). If you are really stuck for this bit let me know and I'll see if we can wangle something.

I'm sure I'm stating the obvious, but take a collar and lead with you when you pick her up Trish - I've been caught before collecting dogs that don't have either, or have a bit of tatty rope round their neck, and if she's being handled by strangers and loaded from car to car she'll need to be secure or she could take off.

Is there anything specific you will need for her Jane?

Why are you going to the vets, something wrong with someone ?

You told me you liked it when you got a heavy breather

Well done to Trish and Jane - you are both amazing people. This just shows how great K9 is with so many people willing to help out in such situations.

I am dog-sitting in Sussex this week, so can't offer any transport assistance I'm afraid. :( I do hope all goes well with her journey to Jane. :luck: :luck:

Jane and Trish, you are just fantastic

I was so down when I went out and I come back to an EPIC rescue.

Jane you have a huge heart. I hope that she is in OK condition and is not expecting too many pups if it is her first litter.

That is what I love about this forum, so many truely lovely people.

If one of the moderators is reading and would like to set up an account / link for donations to help with the inital costs such as buying her, vets bills and puppy costs (I assume the seller wants the full £350 ). I cannot afford much but I am sure lots of us would be happy to chip in what we can.

Just Fantastic news.

Thank you everyone!!! The help and encouragement offered by you all really does make a difference :huggles:

I shall be speaking with Trish tonight and we'll plan the best way to travel this little girl down to Devon. All being well, Trish will be going to see her tomorrow and may, or may not, take her home then. It will very much depend on what she finds when she gets there

Whichever way we do it, it has to be in the girlie's best interest, so it may well be that Trish will be able to leave her with her current owner until the weekend and that way she doesn't have to cope with too many different "homes" in a short space of time.

There are a number of people who have offered help with transport - thank you so much :D As soon as we have our plans in place, I'll let you know what they are

I forgot in my delight about the news, that we should all thank Alison (Hula) too, for spotting this poor girl and bringing it to the attention of those in a position to help. Jane may not feel like thanking Alison in the next few weeks and months though (w00t) (w00t) (w00t)

I am not in a position to take her myself but I am so pleased that Jane is taking her . Her future and that of her pups is safe now and that's what matters . I have sent a donation , not sure what else I can do from Scotland

Dont get heavy breathers these day annie ,dont know why

Jacob pulled up at the racing open sunday in his first race, he did a few strides and stopped which isnt like him, then we noticed him holding his leg stiff when he went any faster than a walk, so anyway the problem is his sciatic nerve is inflamed so got some meds and need to massage him every day :)) , so glad he is ok cause i was weird sick :sweating:

Gald to hear you have Jacob sorted

Yes i can imagine what you were like

until you knew what it was :))
