Rescue dog still does not show affection after nearly 3 years

A really interesting read. It is definitely Lulu and her behaviour now makes sense. I am told she was born in the PTS pound but her DNA will be ‘street dog’. However my other rescue dog Bonnie, found on the mountains of Turkey is affectionate and completely laid back which shows how dogs from similar circumstances can behave differently. Just like humans!
