Question for small breed owners

Hi I wanted to ask if anyone has any recommendations about where to get collars for small breeds. My chihuahua is at the smaller end of average and the smallest collars they sell in places like pets at home etc are a bit too big.

I think you really need to look at online shops who sell collars and other stuff specially for Chi's and other tiny breeds. Thats where you will get the best choice and range.

I think they all have stretchy bits in them so the cat can wriggle out if they get caught on something. We lost a couple of collars this way. I gave up in the end when I saw the cat deliberately rub his neck against a twig so it caught in the collar and he could escape it!

Yeah, I'd go online and find something, Amazon is my favourite. Just make sure you measure your dog's neck to get the best fit

Thanks everyone, I 'd looked at cat collars before but the elasticated bit did put me off. Will try ebay later.

Is it really that hard to find a collar, I've never had a problem finding a collar for border terrier pups.
