Ah thanks for everyones help all the names are really great but think its going to end up being blue its the only name i really think is easy to shout and will suit him :* my lovely little baby blue lol. Think its i great name no matter how original it may seem

Blue is an excellent name for a whippet so's Alfie :- I also had Pip on my short list which I still think is a nice whippety name too
