Just got this cutie and am struggling to find a name I like that can be shortened to something acceptable !

Any ideas anyone

She looks adorable! Being nosy may I ask what breed she is? She is lovely.

Dog names are such a personal thing, I don't like to make suggestions. There are lots of online sites for ideas. Timber got his name because (a) we were passing a timber yard on our way to collect him and he didn't have a name yet, and (b) as a boy, Mr F wanted to be a lumberjack when he grew up. It's fine until I need to call him back in the woods, then people start to look nervous ...

Names can't always be chosen, sometimes they just happen!

Don't try too hard!

Ha ha!

I did read, somewhere, that names that begin with consonants are easier for the dog to hear if that narrows your search a little.

Saw recently that Sarah Whitehead has written a new booklet on small dogs called "Small Paws". Might be worth keeping an eye on her Clever Dogs website for when it is available?

Extra extra Cute!  Beautiful colouring.  ZORRO (because of that smart mask) x

Ooops, just realised Zorro is a male name!  So, ZOLA (female equivalent) x

Yes, nice and clear

Quiet different too.
