Was down that part of the country, looking at a few cars,so we went down to take a few pix of the place.Light was fading,so we didn't get too many.Place was full of foreigners, who seemed to be linked up with folk from N Ireland.Seriosly.Bus laods of them, and all beautiful.Almost every one in tow with a lad ,or man ,from over here.Told the wife i was gona enquire about a ticket to Korea,or where ever they were from, and she said she would gladly buy my ticket,ha ha.Anyway took a few pix of different things, and couldn't believe it,when i seen this walking stick, lying on the rocks. It must have been at least 20/25 feet long. Was too dangerous to send Alannah down beside it,just to show the actual length of the thing. But giving that there are a few very large rocks beside it,you should get the jist of it.

That stick only looks about 3ft long in that photo

Love the volcanic steps and hexagonal prisms. We have them here to a lesser extent as well

 Fantastic photos Billy as usual :D What stunning scenery. Is Alannah going to be a stuntwoman when she grows up? :sweating: :sweating: Its lovely to see her and I hope she is keeping well - she certainly looks it by those photos

Dont need to prove myself here, bout the length of the bit of wood, that looks like a walking stick. But anyone with a bit of sence, can see just how long it was/is.The largest rock on the left is as big as my Zafira car.So that should gave a good enough indication as to the length of it.You dont believe me,then tough. If anyone over here lives near,or is going in the direction of the Giants Causeway, then they can take a wee run down there, and will see the thing. As that is where it is.The joke that day was that it was the Giants walking stick, and loads of folk were stopping tp photograph it.Just a pity i took it so close up,as it would have been better took a bit further off.
