Picture At Last

Hiya folks, Camera is back so thought i would try and post painting of whips;

Top is Blake, middle left is Travis, middle right is Benson, bottom is Harley who i sadly lost at xmas Iam so glad i had painting as the likeness is incredible.[

It was painted by an artist friend of friends of mine His name is Colin Allward-chebsey. Hope ive spelt it right. Its a watercolour which he said was the best medium for capturing whippet expressions. He used to keep Afghans i think and loved the whips. i was thrilled with the result and now Harley is always with me. :wub: jan

It's a stunning painting - you can always tell when an artist has a love of the subject he is painting and this one obviously had. You are so lucky Jan.

I'm very jealous but it's getting to the state where I would need a very large canvas to fit mine on!! :lol:
