It`s all well and good saying people should use their democratic rights as per BWRA rules but this is both time consuming and requires knowledge of the minutae of the rules and a, perhaps naive belief, that you will make a difference.
Most people, and I`ll include myself here, won`t bother and will vote with their feet and do something more interesting instead.
Given a better option, eg the Independant,those organisations that are run to suit a small clique will fail due to a lack of support.Ther is no point in being a champion/supreme if everyone knows the best dogs aren`t there.
