At East Anglia I always have a folder on the table with Entry Forms for all Opens, which I print off, NPWRA or WCRA and I keep the Club Members up to speed with new rules news letters etc , and any correspondance.

Many of our members do not have Computors or Printers, and Clubs do not send entry forms by post any more to Club Secretaries.
