I know most people might think it's old fashioned, but "Maudie" was the 2nd choice for DeeDee. It sounds like an old lady name at first, but say it a few times, and it's actually very sweet. I think so anyway... :b
My girls have decided (with a little help) that as my first whippet was called "Queenie" , that would be (cough) nearly 30 years ago, and she was the absolute spit of our new pup (what a coincidence!) we should stick to the aristocratic tradition and go for "Lady".
