excelent days racing,well done all the winners and losers.excelent ran open and a few quid pulled in for the rescue gr8 stuff,on one of the best tracks in the country,well i think so,a few stood out today,gaz n dees little may stag,stuies as ya like,kates joe n leslies rodger, kens boybelle,sandras blue eyed boy,couple more on the straight and hes there, johns doriva,anyway far to many good races to mention them all so well done all.. thanks for the well dones with ours,we were over the moon with our sky(flybaby) nice trophys.again a well ran open :thumbsup:

Greyhound Rescue North East (Steve Duncans Rescue) would like to say a big Thank you to Rita Young and all Whippet owners for making us feel so welcome at the Whippet Charity Open on Saturday. It was a great day, weather stayed nice, good food and to see the Whippets running was fantastic to watch. The volunteers all said they could have at least took 2 dogs home with them including me.

Our tombola stall and donations raised over £160.00 (w00t) .

I would also like to Thank everyone who donated their prize money to our Rescue, very generous and personally I have never seen done before so again Thank you.

Our Grand Total for the day is £737.50.

Thank you all again and hope to see you in a couple of weeks.
