I create custom framed Portraits using needle felting. This is a process of using a barbed needle and unspun wool. A bit like painting with wool.
Finished portraits look touchable, have a 3D effect and are a lasting memory of your best friend.
Prices and sizes are: 6x8 inch framed - £60
8x10 inch framed - £80
(A4) 8x12 inch framed - £100

Added details: Additional animals in the same portrait are charged at £30 extra

All prices include postage. Portraits take a minimum of 4 weeks to complete.

Love, love, LOVE them - not only technically good, but they capture the individual’s persona, too. :) Gorgeous.

Thank U for posting them - my housemate is an artist, & she also loves Ur work - she saw it previously, when it was shared on FB by a fellow needleworker. As soon as i showed her the IWS, she said, “oh, i saw this! - isn’t it beautiful?! ...” yes, it is. :)

[My housemate does prints, graphics, brush & pen, & quilting, as well as other needle & fiber work, such as crochet. Her most recent project was a LARGE scale print, which used a full-size tarmac roller AKA steamroller to roll the print onto a huge sheet of handmade paper, 6-ft x 4-ft.]

Wow! These are amazing, that first one at first glance I could not tell which was the real and which was the portrait! Really lovely work :) ...if only I had £60 to splurge!

These are superb are they just done from a photograph only sadly I lost both my toy poodles last year.

Sorry to hear that. Yes I just require a clear photograph, preferably taken at your pets height, and that is what i will recreate.

I am not sure what you mean at pets height? Would a picture like my avatar suffice.
 
Hello @LittleFelties - I have approved you on our dog friendly directory. However, I cannot find you on Facebook and the link you gave was incorrect.

“At the pet’s height” means literally looking at them straight on - not DOWN on them, from above, nor up at them from below, but face-on. :)

The camera should be level with the dog’s nose, or close to that level, to get their eye expression & any distinguishing features.
