Her colour reminds of that of a Burmese cat. I think they call it sepia. Very unusual, very attractive.

yes, why no puppies? especially as I know where you live (roughly!) so have some chance of actually getting to see any potential litter you may have

Welll...

I thought long and hard about it, and was actually planning to mate her this season- it was really her last chance, since she's 3 and a half now.

But, I really don't want (ok then, I don't NEED) any more dogs at the moment, and I would have only been having a litter so that she could be bred from at a later date and I could keep one. I couldn't wait to breed her till I wanted a puppy from her, since she would be too old by then.

I did have homes lined up for a litter, but I wasn't looking forward to it like I should have been, since I wasn't keeping one for myself, and had the niggling feeling that something might go wrong....so I chickened out!!

Anyway, Alice has finished her season now, and is coming to terms with remaining childless.... actually I think she'd rather play with her stuffed snowman anyway!!
