They say you are not an adult until you've lost your mum, to who you are always their child. I do so feel for you today - the pain is indescribable -and physical.

My thoughts are with you.

Perhaps when you are feeling stronger, it would be lovely to make a scrapbook of your mother's life -telling the stories you hold dear in your family and adding precious photos and mementos of your mum. Then future generations will know what a wonderful person she was, and you will get great comfort from making such a book (any craft shop has the basic things you would need to make one, as well as ideas how to go about it).
