She's alive and well and regularly beats me at Words With Friends (online Scrabble) And Timber is just fine too

She has drifted away from the forum, which is a shame as she had so much to offer. Maybe if we all cross our fingers and make a wish...

Judy, I have just googled "Words with friends". It looks too complicated for me, 2 letter and 4 letter words are just about all I can manage!! and that depends whether my spelling is correct too, ha ha

It probably helps that my day job is mostly spent 'playing' with words as well

It's not for everyone though - for OH, looking at a rack of letters and being expected to come up with words of more than two letters is like looking at an artist's pallete of paints and being expected to come up with the Mona Lisa - and about as much fun as having teeth pulled! But hey, it's not complicated at all, and it tells you if it's an acceptable word before you try to play it.
