Lurcher Clubs Greater M/cr Or North West

Does anybody know of any clubs in the Greater Manchester area or North West where 8 month old Bloo the lurcher can make new friends.

Hiya

Not necessarily "lurcher clubs" but we race at Westhoughton Greyhound Stadium, mostly whippets race there but we do get a few lurchers, i'm sure Bloo would make plenty friends. Also when the lighter nights come we race at A & T Miners in Astley.

We'll be at Westhougthon on Saturday night from about 5.30pm, track is Marsh Brook Farm, Wigan Road, Westhougthon, BL5 2DH.

i know LURCHER LINK are having an event at highgate greyhound stadium nr barnsley i think its on 13th of feb the last one i went to had 50 plus lurchers its to raise funds for there organisation .dogs of all abilities welcome pups vetrons all shapes and sizes a lot of them are rescue dogs a few of there members are from the north west area.
