Cats can come in season again very soon after they have a litter. So it would be wise not to let her out of the house, or do the op immediately. I had a Siamese who escaped the day she had her (purebred) kittens and got pregnant again, having the moggie litter exactly 9 weeks later. (w00t)

Cute kittens :wub: and yes they can be by different fathers, cat will mate with as many toms as she comes across. So it just depends on how many toms you have in your area.
