Mazza has a lovely lawn  :wub: I'm very envious of that expanse of green, with no brown patches (and thistle aftermath) from the duck arks

Not true, do have some bare patches as you can see, although luckily they are mostly in just one area.

Dandielions thrive in my lawn too, but am reluctant to put any kind of weedkiller down so I tediously try to dig the roots out with a knife. :sweating:

Those ducks are such a gorgeous colour, what sort are they?

They are just lovely.

No ducks in my garden but I spotted this stunning dragonfly caught in a spiders web. Grabbed the chance to get a photo of him, he was beautiful.

He could barely fly as his wing was a bit mangled as he'd tried to free himself from the web.

Lovely - we've got those ones too, but they are so hard to catch with the camera, although I missed a good opportunity with one that was trying to lay it's eggs on the cat when she was lying by the pond :blink: They seem to have taken over from the big red hawkers, there are plenty of the smaller red ones around too. :wub:

All I can say is thank goodness for digital. I take tons of photos of her then look at them on the pc. Sooooooo many end up in the recycle bin. Usually a few out of a whole bunch are ok. She is quite difficult to photograph mainly because of her white, as it can looked so bleached out losing all detail if the light is wrong.

I agree, they do make a good pair. Don't they look like a comedy double act on my signature. :lol:

Thanks Helen, Annie is gentle and lovely. She is nearly 8 months old now and it's been wonderful having her from a pup. She has the sweetest nature ever and is so friendly to anyone she meets. I just love her to bits. She's just goregous in every way.

She is very different to Alfie, him being typical terrier, full of boundless energy most of the time. Love him to bits though, he's a lovely boy.

That Dragonfly is a lovely bluey colour, Ive seen several this year - but that one is stunning.

Could'nt believe my luck when this one flew in the kitchen. Did eventually open the window to let him free but only after I'd taken his piccy.
