I should perhaps have said, although T was about 2 when we stopped using the crate, the door on it hadn't been left closed for some time.

Although I am retired I do voluntary driving for my local Hospice, most weeks this has me leaving Folly alone for 1 to 2 hours twice a day for three or occassionally four days a week.
