Thanks,yes there lovely dogs.mine has taken more after the jack Russell than the pug.

Ah afraid I can't help you there, I am a bit of a computer numpty so wouldn't know how to explain how it's done or why it may not work!! Sure someone will come along soon that maybe can help...

Hi @adrian hyslop - you just need to compress your image. If you go to google and search for free photo compressor then you can do it there

sorry it’s all to do with how much space we can take up on our server (all very technical)
