Help please with working website

hi,
I registered on this site for the first time about a week ago, under a different email address. The next day I was unable to post any replies because the website informed me I have “insufficient privileges to reply to this” post or thread. I then emailed the website on “contact us” to find out how I gain said privileges. But I have had no response at all and that was quite a few days ago now.
So I have had to register again using a different email address and username in order to be able to ask all the users if they can tell me what it means, and how I gain privileges in order to be able to make a post.
I’m not very tech-savvy and I’m unfamiliar with forums (eg. don’t have Facebook)
Does anyone have any advice?
Also, apologies to everyone who replied to my previous post (user name : MungoPungo) giving me invaluable advice, I was unable to thank you because it wouldn’t let me post a reply.

I’m sorry you’ve had trouble with the site. And I haven’t noticed an email from you either.

Your mungo pungo account has now been activated again.

We are working on sorting this situation out. It’s not always so straight forward! I believe it may be to do with stopping spam users - it seems to have a problem on occasion with emails that are not a gmail account.

In the mean time - Please let me know if it happens again and I will reactive.
