I am so sorry to read this, what a truely awful thing to happen to you all. Run free little girl, you have been loved.

I am so very, very sorry.

We had a rescue who managed to escape our 7ft walled garden and 6ft gate (Misty and Peats father). He was so frightened that we could not recall him and he ran off. He was hit by a car and had similar injuries to PIP. It is something you never really totally get over. There are always the if only's ................. But whippets will be whippets and total focus on the chase is a real whippet trait.

Pip had a great family life with you and Tilly.

Time will help. Thinking of you at this sad time.
