Full results tomorrow

couldnt make it but sounds a great day  well done

A really nice day, Big thankyou to everyone who travelled, especially Loshy from the IOM (w00t) . A little too hot for the dogs but most people managed to find some shade near the tree's to park.

61 dogs & 7 peds so a very good turnout given there was an open in the north the day before and one at Old Hall on the same day. We had some very good races, again 1/2yd lb handicap was very fair, winners being split between lightweights & heavyweights.

Most of our club dogs did well - Main finals going to our own Mebs Rosie, Maizee Mu, Legs & Lips with the remaining finals going to Nevada, Lacey Venture & Colorado. Bruce & Di and Jake & Mary's dogs always seem to run well at this open - well done!

Scales went down at 12, programmes out for 12.40 and ready to start racing for 1pm - how it should be done if i must say so myself ;)

The club rule is JUDGE'S DECISION IS FINAL so why the feck do you get the same people who are stood 15yd away from the line complaining about the results? There were 3 judges on the line all day yesterday and the winner was agreed by majority from us all before the flag went up, we'll be happy to let those people line judge all day next year

Lastly big thankyou to everyone who helped out getting the track set up/put away, Jac & Fiona doing the signs, Tommy on the Lure, Keith & Craig on the traps and the line judges, Tannoy Tony half way and Wendy for the lovely jackets
