He will be fine, we worry too much about our dogs and anthropomorphise them!!
I know, sad isn't it!! :D I just have to stop chatting to them so much too...but their views on current affairs are just sooo interesting!! :D :teehee:
Have to disagree Dessie. Whippets aren't dogs they are little people. Which is why we can have such good and meaningful conversations with them. AND it's also why we always get lost when Woody isn't up front in the van. We need him there to give us directions.

Oh of course. I understand now. You don't have any fawn's do you.

Joe keeping my fingers crossed that Stan will be sorted out by the AB's.

Poor little fella.

Nobody could be smarter than Dessie Whippet and she always sits in the front seat but even she couldn't do directions.

And don't forget I DID have a fawn once, never again though. He was the loose cannon in the pack and the only person who liked him was silly old black dog, the rest just tolerated him. He lives the life of Riley now, running riot on the Isle of Wight, and has become a teacher of 'naughty' children as well as a Marine Engineer.

However much you love them and treat them as equals, I stand by my theory that there are still times when they have to do things that they might not like and, as the grown-up human in control, you have to get on and do it. I am sure you did it with Bean!

I'm just bumping this up as I've added a link for it in FAQ and wondered if anyone had anything to add to it?

hell be fine jo.dont worry, hes in the best place and they will soon have the poor lad sorted. :)

:( sorry, I am a dummy - I should have explained myself better :b

This is an old thread from the end of last year, but it discussed anaesthetics. I'm just gathering anaesthetic information for FAQ and this thread had some good information on it  I just wondered whether anyone had any recent anaesthetic experiences that they wanted to add which might be helpful?

Cheers,

Helen :b
