Foot beagle?

can anyone tell me what a foot beagle is? someone has just replied to an add that we put up on pets4homes saying they have a foot beagle that they want to re-home. Apparently they are slightly smaller than regular beagle's but I cant really find much on the internet about them. Any info would be appreciated!

it's a hunting Beagle, part of a pack who are followed on foot rather than horses which follow the Foxhounds.

Look to be slightly smaller, maybe like a Pocket Beagle
