That can't be the correct name, there must be another word (probably beginning with 'B') in the name because Bluestreak is Cathie's affix (the breeder) and Ocklinge is the affix of the owner of the dog.

Bluestreak of Ocklynge belonged to Pat Gaitskell. I should think about 25-30 years ago. That was before I owned the Bluestreak Affix.

he was a blue and white dog if my memory is correct and I believe Pat coursed him.

Blue Streak is pictured in Pauline wilsons book Racing & Rearing, a winner at WCRA champs in the 24lbs group, he was also a show winner shown at Crufts and a coursing stake winner with the East of England WCC.

Yes, I was having a senior moment. The dog I meant is Summersway our Sam at Ocklinge who is in the breeding of my recent litter. Before you query the age, the sire of my litter has just had his 11th birthday. Incidentally I also had rainbow pups, 2 black, 2 different shades of brindle and 1 blue, Dam is fawn with a blue mask, sire black and white.
