i walked for two hours a day then got back and relaxed in the bath,half a day had almost gone then :lol: :thumbsup: and remember been starving all the time but that started at 3 months for me and still can get the feeling of complete hunger :wacko:

[SIZE=21pt]yeah...defo keeping busy is the answer...i used to light up the minute i woke up..outside with a brew and a fag...especially if i cant sleep..i would puff away like a trouper but even after this short time i dont miss them in the morning...the worst is when simon smirnoff visits....thats when it gets hard but the kids just keep saying how well i am doing and how proud they are of me then i dont want to smoke[/SIZE]

i'd had a drink. But then i tried one without the drink and it was so

disgusting.........my heart pounded, i started to sweat and the next

thing i knew i was on the floor.........i daren't even touch a fag now,

i really though i was having a heart attack.

 

I was 40 a day for near on 30 years.......didn't get out of bed until

i'd had one in the mornings and would wake up during the night for

one.

 

Its tough but you can do it, your really impressing the kids :huggles:
