I use pooper scooper to pick up, then sometimes I take it in and flush it down the loo (but that means smelling up the house with it :x ), or I put some in my earthworm farm (but too much is not good for them), or in the compost bin, or if the girls have been very busy (or we have some visiting dogs) I put it in double plastic bags and put it in the rubbish bin.
