Dog makes hacking noise

Does anyones dog make the noise like the dog in the video. I have a new puppy that makes that noise on a daily basis. Vet is not concerned said it could be collapse trachea. It is not kennel cough or reverse sneeze. THanks

its nothing to worry about , I have had Chihuahua's for 25 years its called a Hair throat and they do it when excited or when drinking water too quickly and some even learn that by doing it they get attention...some Chi's never do it ..some on and off all their lives and providing you know nothing is obstructing the airway and there is no underlying health condition ..all is well
