....can "lure coursing" at Skelmersdale, or even "drag coursing under rules" at Wickwar even begin to replace it????.
I don't think Lure Coursing anyware can replace the thrill of a live course, but what Lure coursing does is gives owners a chance to run thier dogs in more than just a straight line or round a bend.

Barney did very well for you John and if I had to pick a top 5 that I was lucky enough to see course live hares he would definatly figure highly in it.

Of the dogs I've seen, Skylark Majestic and What's behind the Mask would join Photo Finish in my top 5! :)
 
remember magic trick at gillingham last season, she ran a hare single handed and worked it for a couple of minutes in fine style. probably not in the top five but a great little dog which has left me with a awesome memory of the great coursing we all had.
