OH mentioned some cockers he met this morning that who had tufts or hair on the top of their heads, so he didn't recognise them as cockers. I've seen cockers with these topknots quite often, but I just wondered - is this a normal variation, or does it depend on specific type? And in the showing world, is it regarded as an asset or a negative, or are either equally acceptable?
