Can't Sign In On Live Chat

Hi can you tell me why i can't sign in on live chat ? what are the rules for this ? am i doing some thing wrong ? i have tried and tried again numerous different ways, please help me.

Neithere can i but i used to be able to, any idea's Nigel? It seemed to coincide with us having the new hard drive????

Just tried now & had no problems.

You're better off downloading the Java client from http://www.java.com (follow the 'Get it now' button top right of the home page) than relying on Microsofts support for it their operating systems.

There arn't any specific rules covering the use of the chat server - just follow the same rules as the posting rules & you won't go far wrong.
